Typical scenario
You define the product recipe first. Then you open the production voucher and complete it on web. After the voucher, raw material and finished goods movements appear in stock.
For missing material you place a purchase order and receive the dispatch note. Manufacturer dispatch notes are on web.
Counts and transfers between warehouses run through stock vouchers.
Optionally you add the Supplier quotation process or the E-Document invoice line.
You can also run maintenance for the machines on your production line on the same platform. Maintenance Management opens with the Assets license: the operator reports a breakdown by QR, preventive maintenance opens its own work order, the technician closes the job on mobile, and downtime and maintenance cost are measured. Document entry keeps the order and voucher screens on the same logic. The list experience makes recipe and voucher lists quick to scan. Permissions decide who may change a recipe. In multi-warehouse setups, multi-company scope is preserved.
Batch, lot and serial definitions support raw material traceability. Reporting connects to the stock ledger and warehouse status.
For the pilot, pick one recipe family and one warehouse. Complete the production voucher on web and accept mobile as partial. Leave purchasing and e-documents to a second stage. Do not disturb the cost close in your existing system; plan the transfer through the sync.

The recipe and the production voucher are linked; once the voucher is issued, the stock movement appears on its own, and purchasing covers the raw material side. On count day, what is in the warehouse is checked against post-voucher stock. Who may change a recipe is kept narrow by permissions. Because the scope is clear, nobody expects planning features that aren't there. With modular licensing you open Manufacturing, Inventory and Purchase separately, and your current system stays put.

Is there material or capacity planning? No. The scope covers product recipes and production vouchers.
Can we track machine maintenance too? Yes, optionally. Maintenance Management opens with the Assets license and covers work orders, preventive maintenance, spare parts and downtime records. OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) is out of scope.
Is EQLEM a manufacturing ERP? No. It is a Solution Platform and works alongside the system you already run.
