Manufacturing Management connects production to stock through a product recipe and a production voucher. In the recipe you define how much of each raw material a product needs. When the voucher is issued, raw materials leave stock and the finished product enters it. Recipes kept in spreadsheets and the question "what did we make today?" disappear.
Let us be clear about scope. This module covers recipes and production vouchers. Multi-stage scheduling and machine-level shop-floor tracking are out of scope. If you need heavy planning, your existing system keeps doing that work and EQLEM runs the recipe and voucher layer.
Who is it for?
Production and planning teams manage recipes on web. Workshop and warehouse teams issue production vouchers. Stock staff follow raw material and finished goods movements through Inventory. Sales sees the production need attached to an order. System administrators decide who may change a recipe and who approves a voucher.
Recipe management is on web. Production vouchers are complete on web and partial on mobile.
How it works
You define the product recipe on web. Input materials and the output product rest on stock cards. The quantity and unit on a recipe line also come from the stock card.
If you use an alternative material, you open a separate recipe for it.
You issue the production voucher on web. On mobile you can view a voucher and make simple entries. The voucher shares the document entry rules, so the header and lines follow the same layout on every document.
When the voucher is approved, the stock movement is created. Cancelling a voucher requires a separate permission.
When you open a new version of a recipe, older production vouchers stay exactly as they were. The new recipe is used only on new vouchers.
A sales order shows the need for finished goods, but the system does not produce an automatic factory plan.
You filter lists with the list experience. Permissions separate recipe and voucher rights. Reporting gives the production summary. If you already run another system, system sync keeps cards and vouchers aligned.
