Cargo Management tracks your incoming and outgoing shipments through a carrier integration. It closes the gap between the goods leaving the warehouse and the customer receiving them. The split of "the carrier's panel is one place, the order is another" narrows.
Mikro, Logo, Piconn or your existing warehouse system can keep producing the shipment. EQLEM runs the tracking and the carrier connection.
This whole module is on web. There is no mobile cargo panel.
Who is it for?
Logistics and warehouse teams run incoming and outgoing shipment records. E-commerce teams attach marketplace shipments to cargo. Sales teams move to the cargo record after the dispatch note. IT sets up the carrier integration. Customer service reads the tracking number from the same account.
How it works
You open an outgoing shipment record with a reference to the order or the dispatch note. The carrier integration returns the label and the tracking number.
An incoming shipment record is used for returns and supply receipts. That record talks to the warehouse.
You filter status updates from the list. When something is late, you can set up a notification rule.
Your order source may be E-Commerce or Sales. The goods issue is aligned with Inventory.
Close the outgoing shipment and the stock issue on the same day. If the two drift apart, you get a shipment discrepancy. Put both on your operations checklist together.
If e-despatch is mandatory for you, settle the order of steps with the E-Document module. Cargo provides the tracking, and the e-document closes the legal side.
When you change carrier, you update the integration definition on web. Your order model stays the same. If the carrier connection drops, you can update the record by hand on web.
Lists share the list experience rules. Permissions decide who creates a shipment and who cancels one. In multi-branch setups, branch permissions stop a shipment being raised from the wrong warehouse. Reporting gives the shipment summary.
