E-Commerce Management connects your online sales channel to stock and order operations. The storefront definition, the marketplace connection, incoming orders and product matching all use the same data as your office stock and sales processes. Mikro, Logo or Piconn can keep the accounting after the order. EQLEM manages the channel and the matching. The gap of "the marketplace panel is one place, stock is in a spreadsheet" closes.
The channel operator pulls orders, updates product matching and carries the current stock figure through to sales. After the order, shipment continues through Cargo or a warehouse issue.
Who is it for?
E-commerce and marketplace teams run the site definition, the integration and the order queue. Product managers match the stock card to the channel product. Sales and warehouse teams attach channel orders to shipments. IT sets up the marketplace connection and the sync schedule. System administrators check which channel looks at which stock.
All e-commerce management work is on web. There is no mobile e-commerce panel. In the field you use the mobile stock and sales modules.
How it works
The storefront definition sets up the channel identity and its basic settings.
The marketplace integration connects your external sales channels. Incoming orders are listed and processed on web.
Product matching connects the stock card to the product code used on the channel. The same product may carry a different code on each marketplace, and the matching table covers that.
When you add a new marketplace, set up product matching first and open order pulling afterwards. Doing it the other way round creates stock discrepancies.
You filter orders with the list experience. Stock visibility rests on the Inventory Management card. After the order, the commercial document continues through Sales and document entry.
If you already run another system, system sync keeps order and stock aligned. Permissions decide who does the matching and who approves an order. Notifications pass a new order or a matching error to the team.
An ordinary day runs like this. The marketplace order queue is scanned in the morning. Product matches are corrected during the day. Stock and shipments are checked in the evening.
