Sales Management carries the whole process, from the moment you send a quote to the moment you invoice and deliver. Sales, stock, finance, e-invoicing and CRM all use the same data. You can keep running Mikro, Logo or Piconn. EQLEM either syncs with that system or covers the work it does not do.
A visit in the field, a despatch from the warehouse and an invoice raised in the office all attach to one order. The scatter of "the quote is in one program, the dispatch note somewhere else and the payment in a spreadsheet" comes to an end.
Who is it for?
Sales reps send quotes, enter orders and follow their visit route. Warehouse and despatch teams prepare shipments, load vehicles and record deliveries. Finance closes payment after the invoice through Finance. Managers track channel and rep performance with more than a dozen sales reports. If CRM is open, the sales team brings the quote stage closer to the sales document.
Everything is available on web. Orders, dispatch notes, invoices, quotes and visits also work on mobile. Some despatch fields are limited on mobile.
How it works
Sales orders, dispatch notes and invoices are entered through the same document entry screen. Header and lines follow the same layout on every document. The quote is the first step in that chain.
Shipment preparation, vehicle loading and delivery close the logistics side. Those steps matter most to teams that deliver. The visit route supports field planning and works on web and mobile.
Document lines rest on the stock quantity and on the price list in Master Definitions. If your e-document licence is open, you connect the invoice straight to the compliance flow. The list experience makes queues and filters behave the same on every screen. Notifications alert the team on critical order and delivery events.
Permissions decide who quotes, who invoices and who approves a shipment.
The typical flow is quote, order, dispatch note, invoice and payment. Shipment and visit steps come in as needed. In multi-branch setups, company and branch scope attach the document to the right location. If you run an existing ERP, system sync aligns the order and invoice flow.
All reports are on web. Report coverage on mobile is limited.
Benefits
Quote, order, dispatch note and invoice are tracked on one line.
Shipment and visit records show the office what is happening in the field.
Reports give clear numbers by channel, product and rep.
An invoice is not raised before stock moves, so the gap between stock and e-invoicing narrows.
With modular licensing you can open sales on its own first, then add the mobile channel when the team is ready.
Delivery teams attach shipment preparation and vehicle loading to the order line. "Was it loaded, was it delivered?" is answered from the same record.
