Dashboard & Sign-in does two jobs. It manages the way people get into the platform, and it gathers the day's summary onto the first screen. Customizable widgets bring together queues such as open orders, pending e-documents or service requests. There are separate sign-in screens for management, B2B and integration. Mikro, Logo or Piconn can keep running separately.
A manager sets up the widget layout. A user signs in on the management screen. A dealer reaches the catalog from their own sign-in page. An integration account connects to the sync service. The scatter of "every team has its own bookmark and nobody sees the whole picture" comes to an end.
Who is it for?
Everyone on the account signs in through the management screen, which works on both web and mobile. Managers set up and change the widget layout. Dealers use the B2B sign-in screen. Integration accounts connect through their own screen. IT aligns the identity split and the security policy with Company permissions. Operations teams read the day's queues from the first screen.
How it works
Widgets are arranged by role and work on both web and mobile. A sales rep sees open orders. An accountant sees the e-document queue. The service team sees its own requests. Each widget takes its data from the module it belongs to.
There are three separate sign-in screens. The management screen opens the admin console. The B2B screen opens the dealer catalog. The integration screen opens the sync service. All three work on web and mobile, so sessions never get mixed up.
Permissions decide which widget appears for whom. Notifications surface critical events on the first screen. Modular licensing decides which module's data reaches a widget. A module you have not licensed shows no widget, and the summary grows as your scope grows.
When you click a queue, it opens with the list experience rules. For deeper analysis, reporting takes over. If you run more than one company, the summary changes with the company scope you select.
The morning routine is simple: sign in, read the summary, open the relevant queue, do the work.
Benefits
The day's summary sits on the first screen. You see what is happening without waiting for a report.
The same summary is on mobile, so the field team sees the same picture.
Separate sign-in screens reduce the risk of mixed-up sessions.
A notification badge keeps critical events on the first screen.
Removing a widget does not remove data. It only simplifies the first screen.
