Maintenance Management is the module where you run machine and equipment upkeep from start to finish. A fault report becomes a work order, a preventive maintenance plan opens its own work order, the technician records labor and the parts used, and cost and downtime show up on the dashboard.

Mobile technicians
The Maintenance section is inside the EQLEM Mobile app; there is no separate app to install. Technicians and operators scan the machine's QR code, report a fault with a photo, move the work order forward, record labor, enter checklists and meters, consume parts and add a signature to the work order.
Records entered without a connection are queued on the phone and sent once when it returns. Offline data is stored encrypted on the device, and location data is stripped from photos. Technicians without the permission do not see wage or cost fields.
The schedule, plant board, compliance screens and budget are on the web.

Short FAQ
Does maintenance need a separate license? No. Maintenance opens with the Assets license. You decide who sees the maintenance screens through role permissions.
Does spare parts tracking need a Stock license? No. The Assets license is enough. Spare parts lists, reservations, consumption and returns run and are tracked in the maintenance module.
Do technicians install a separate app? No. The Maintenance section is inside the EQLEM Mobile app.
Does it work offline? Fault reports, work order status, labor, checklists, meters and part consumption are queued without a connection. Searching stock for a part that is not on the list and uploading a checklist signature need a connection.
Is there predictive maintenance, IoT or OEE? No. Sensor-based predictive maintenance and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) are out of scope.
