Honest note on EFT
The EFT adapter is MOCK. We do not claim ÖKC firmware or certified fiscal-device integration. In the pilot, accept EFT as mock; treat live fiscal devices as a separate project. This limit is explicit in the inventory — no false expectation.
A typical store day
The shift opens. The cashier sells by barcode or quick sale on web or mobile. Sale lines bind to stock cards and document entry language. At day end, X/Z close and collection vouchers align with finance. When needed, e-invoice or e-archive goes out. If you use an existing system, plan transfer with system sync.
In multi-branch setups, multi-company keeps branch/warehouse boundaries. Who can change prices or take Z stays under authorization. With modular licensing you open only WEB or MOBILE channels.
Who for?
Chain or independent grocery, convenience, and small-store teams. Cashiers run quick sale; store managers handle shifts and cash movements on web; warehouse runs counts and transfers; finance connects e-document. IT keeps a clear mock-EFT expectation and ERP sync direction.
Restaurant floor/table/KDS or cafe modifier scenarios exist in the POS inventory; the retail playbook focuses first on grocery/store quick sale + stock + finance. If you need cafe or restaurant later, you expand from the same POS module — a separate ERP project is not required.
Notifications carry critical stock or shift events; reporting supports shift and sales summaries. An on-prem agent can plan end-of-day transfer to Mikro, Logo, or Piconn: EQLEM owns the operation; the existing system keeps master records.
