Output for sales, purchasing, stock and finance documents follows one pattern. In EQLEM you design a visual print template with drag-and-drop header, line fields and footer; page size, row limit and logo URL stay on the template. From a list or edit screen you choose Print or Download PDF and pick a template that matches the document type.
This feature belongs with document entry: if the record is right, the output is fed from the same record. You do not keep a separate desktop designer or Word copy.
Who is it for?
Operations teams take daily document output. Accounting and sales managers standardise the company logo and field layout. IT / system admins manage default and custom templates under System → Templates → Printing. Field teams produce output in the office; mobile does not carry the heavy office PDF flow.
How it works
Visual templates are seeded by document type; you build your layout on top. In the designer you edit header, content rows and footer regions. You place %Token% placeholders from the field catalog. The logo binds via a bunny.net URL.
From a list or document menu you choose Print / Download PDF; matching templates are listed. Printing compiles the visual template first, then uses the HTML→PDF path. Unauthorised or invalid template ids are rejected.
Document entry creates the record; the list experience takes output from a scanned row. Permissions limit who may print. e-Document XSLT designs are for GİB legal output and stay separate from operational print templates.
Benefits
Company output is standardised in one place.
Drag-and-drop design is open to users who do not write HTML.
Lists and documents share the same template family.
Default templates speed setup; customisation comes later.
Relation to modules and products
Sales, purchasing, stock, finance and related document types use these templates. Platform Web is the main place for design and printing. CRM quote or order PDFs can also bind to the same print backbone.
FAQ
Is this the same as e-document XSLT? No. XSLT is GİB / integrator output. Print templates are for operational PDF and printer output.
Is there a designer on mobile? No. Design and heavy PDF stay on web.
Where is the logo stored? Via bunny.net URL; there is no local-disk template logo.
Next step
Open the default visual template for one document type, add your logo, and take a PDF from the list. Begin with Try Free, then connect it to the document entry loop.
