Do not tie your e-documents to one provider: send through a single core and change integrators without touching your ERP.
EQLEM Connect e-Document generates, validates and forwards e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Waybill from one hub running on the customer's own network. The document is produced once as UBL-TR; the integrator is only the carrier. When you switch integrator, nothing changes on the ERP side.
Status: the e-Document hub is part of EQLEM Connect release R2. Adapters are verified in test environments; live verification happens at a pilot customer. Scope and dates are confirmed in the discovery call.
Who is it for?
- Accounting / e-document operator: outgoing documents, inbox, accept/reject and status on one screen.
- Customer IT lead: integrator accounts and ERP connection mapping in Connect Web on your own server.
- Manager: switching or combining integrators is no longer an ERP project.
What it offers
One UBL-TR core, validation before sending
- Every document is validated against the GIB UBL-TR XSD and schematron before it is sent.
- An invalid document is not sent; error lines are recorded and visible.
- Validation packages are versioned and refreshed through a release channel when GIB updates them.
5 integrators, same document
Mysoft, NES, Trendyol e-Faturam, Kolaysoft and Dogan e-Donusum. The document is not converted to an integrator's data model; it is delivered as UBL-TR XML. Integrator accounts and the ERP connection to account/tax-ID mapping are defined in Connect Web.
Document types and inbox
- Outgoing: e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill.
- Incoming: inbox, accept/reject (statutory 8-day window) and waybill response.
Document number
The number is issued by Connect by default. Integrator-issued numbering is supported with Mysoft and Kolaysoft. For NES, Trendyol e-Faturam and Dogan e-Donusum the option stays off until verification is complete; with these, Connect issues the number.
Write-back to Mikro
ETTN, document number and status are written back to Mikro, so the ERP shows what happened to each document.
10-year immutable local archive
Documents are kept on the customer's own server in an immutable archive for 10 years.
Your data stays with you
Integrator accounts live in Connect on the customer's own server.
Scope notes
- Automatic import of incoming invoices into the ERP is planned for a later release; in this release incoming documents are tracked in the inbox and accepted/rejected.
- The integrator subscription and account belong to the customer; contact us for commercial terms.
- Mikro (v16/v17) is the supported ERP; see the EQLEM Connect page for Mikro v17 API prerequisites.
How to get started
- Technical discovery: Mikro version, current integrator, document types.
- Setup: Connect e-Document is enabled and integrator accounts are defined.
- Mapping: ERP connection to account/tax ID, and numbering preference.
- Test sending and switch-over.
FAQ
Do I need ERP changes if I switch integrator? No. The document is produced in Connect; only the carrier account changes.
Can an invalid document reach the integrator? No. A document that fails GIB XSD/schematron validation is not sent.
Does it send directly to GIB? No. Documents are delivered through the integrator you choose.
