EQLEM Connect AI Assistant

Ask your ERP, get a report: type "What is my total receivable?" and see the table and how it was calculated.

EQLEM Connect AI Assistant lets a manager query Mikro data in plain language from Connect Web. The assistant only reads; it never writes to the ERP under any condition. Every number in an answer comes from the result of a query run against Mikro, not from an AI guess.

Status: the AI assistant is part of EQLEM Connect release R3 and requires the AI_QUERY license. Scope and dates are confirmed in the discovery call.

Who is it for?

• Manager / owner: answers to daily questions in one sentence, without hunting for report screens.
• Finance and sales lead: receivables, collections, sales and stock breakdowns, plus follow-ups such as "just the ones in Istanbul?".
• Customer IT lead: data security and KVKK choices (masking, provider, on-prem) stay under your control.

What it offers

Plain-language ERP reporting

• Ask in natural language; the answer arrives as a table and, where suitable, a chart.
• Follow-up questions work: add a filter, "chart it", export.
• Download the result as a CSV file that opens directly in Excel.

Numbers from tool results, transparent calculation

• Figures come only from the results of parameterized read queries (tools); the model does not invent numbers.
• Every answer shows how it was calculated: the tool used, the filter applied and the time the data was read.
• This lets you verify a figure with accounting.

Read-only, 5 layers of assurance

The AI cannot write to the ERP by any route. A write request is declined.

1. Database: a separate read-only login can access only views in a separate EQLEM_AI database. No objects are added to your Mikro database.
2. Application: only a single SELECT statement is allowed; reachable objects are limited by an allowlist.
3. Execution: a timeout and a row limit apply.
4. Tool: there is no tool that writes.
5. Audit: every query is recorded.

Authorization and quota

Companies and categories a user is not authorized for stay hidden. When the usage quota is exceeded, the assistant says so clearly.

KVKK and data control

• PII masking is on by default.
• Transfer to a provider abroad requires a policy approval (KVKK art. 9).
• On-prem LLM: for organizations that want data to stay inside, an OpenAI-compatible model endpoint on your own network can be used.
• Bring your own key (BYOK): the provider account and its cost stay with you.
• The customer is the data controller; details are in the privacy notice and the contract.

Provider independent

Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini and OpenAI-compatible custom endpoints. Changing the provider does not change how you ask and read answers.

What can you ask?

The catalog covers receivables/payables, collections, cash, sales, orders, stock, purchasing, tax and e-document topics. Examples:

• Accounts: What is my total receivable/payable (by currency)? Age overdue receivables into 0-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ days. Who are the top 10 debtors? Which accounts exceed their risk limit?
• Sales: How is this month's sales versus the same month last year? What are the top 20 products? Sales by salesperson and by city/region. Monthly revenue trend for the last 12 months.
• Cash and collections: Cash and bank balances, total liquidity. Cheques and notes due this month.
• Stock: Products below critical level. Stock with no movement for 90 days. Quantity and cost value by warehouse.
• Purchasing and tax: Purchases by supplier. This month's VAT summary.
• e-Document: Incoming e-invoices awaiting approval and time left. Outgoing e-documents rejected or failed this month.

Scope notes

• Mikro (v16/v17) is the supported ERP; see the EQLEM Connect page for Mikro v17 API prerequisites.
• Questions are answered through a predefined query catalog. A question with no match in the catalog is reported as unanswerable.
• Some answers depend on the data existing in the ERP (for example, profitability needs cost records).
• If you use BYOK, the AI provider subscription and usage cost belong to the customer; contact us for commercial terms.
• Writing to the ERP through AI (creating or changing records) is out of scope.

How to get started

1. Technical discovery: Mikro version, the reports you need, KVKK preferences.
2. Setup: AI_QUERY is enabled and the read-only EQLEM_AI database is created.
3. Provider: choose a managed provider, your own key or an on-prem model; define masking and transfer approval.
4. Trial questions and user rollout.

FAQ

Can the AI change my data? No. It only reads; there is no write tool and write requests are declined.

Can I trust the numbers? Numbers come from query results and each answer shows how it was calculated. For critical decisions we still recommend checking against the source.

Does my data leave the country? It depends on the provider you choose. Transfer abroad does not happen without your approval; with an on-prem LLM the data stays on your network. PII masking is on by default.

Can I use my own API key? Yes (BYOK).

Which AI providers are supported? Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini and OpenAI-compatible custom endpoints.
